Is there a Camera mod besides modding San Andreas to look like Vice City?

Is there actually a way to have free aim and moving camera with Classic Controls so that it would look similar to GTA SA?

I'm not one of those poor freaks that want everything to look good, but playing GTA3 and GTA Vice City with no free aim and unusual camera controls doesn't seem very GTA.

The point is, is that I loved playing GTA:SA to GTA5 because of their camera controls and the fact the console and phone versions of GTA3 and GTA Vice City are the only ones with free camera controls gets annoying when they're not for PC.

That mod doesn't work. When I installed it, I couldn't move the camera when driving, forced manual aiming didn't work (meaning I was stuck with the s.hitty default manual aim) and pressing target lock to aim at all would crash the whole game.

Why isn't the mod working and where can I get a version (or another camera/free aiming fix mod) that does?

have you installed Ginput before installing this? it needs it to work correctly.

Well for starters have you got Cleo and Scripthook and other neccesary mods installed??
