I don't have a Legacy Components/DirectPlay to click on or off (running win7).

Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off That's assuming the Control Panel is just like that in Windows 10.

Yeah, I know. I went there to do that and I'm telling you the Legacy Components/DirectPlay option isn't there.

I just did all that and now it says it cannot find 640x480 video mode, any way to fix that?

Hello,

I have same issue on WINDOWS 10 - Pro x64
"Grand Theft Auto VC requiert la version 8.1 de DirectX minimum."

dxdiag = DirectX 12, no problem detected
I uninstall/install GTA VC again : same issue

I activate "Legacy Components" but no install and system must be reboot to take effect
I do it but no install and cross for box of "Legacy Compnents" is empty
I try to desactivated anti-virus but same issue (Youtube)

Always DirectPlay issue
An other game need it, "Orc must die !" but i can launch it and work fine

I try on different version of Windows too (XP, Seven, and more) but no work

Have you a solution ?
