Vice Cry and Vice City Reborn

I am trying to replay Vice city with some mods but I'm unsure on how to get both to work together. I would like to use the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Reborn, along with the Vice cry mod. I currently am unsure if there's anyway to get both of these to work together, any help would be much appreciated.
