Won't get past black screen with "Marco's Bistro, Liberty City, 1986" on Windows 10.

are you using unlocked framerates? i also got a black screen when the game ran at 2000fps... it works at 60fps with an external limiter (or the in-game function at 30fps, but no thanks).

Sorry I didn't reply. I did set the framerate limiter, and set res. to 640x480. It runs fine now. Thanks!

the low resolution shouldn't be necessary.

Yes, I just noticed that. Rockstar is still interested in selling Shark Cards and not fix their poorly optimized ports for newer software and hardware. This is sad :(

Also when modders try to fix those and revive them they get an ultimatum to shut their projects down because...reasons
