How do I make lvl3 Fire/Ice/etc protection potions?

The best I can do is lvl2. I assume I need a way to rotate potion bottle, but I dont have that and I cant make Lunar salt and anything further without lvl3 protection potions... Help

You need the oil potion base for that. The guy that sells the alchemy machine upgrades sells it

You need a salt that rotates the bottle. Moon or sun salts. Mid-Late game stuff. Do more with the alchemy machine and make sure to buy the recipes from the enchanter merchant.

they exist on oil map in unrotated form.
later when you got the salt you can rotate them on the water map if you wish
