100 talent just got moon salt should I use it on getting 3 star potions on oil or continue maxing out water

IIRC all the rotated oil potions can be found un-rotated on water, so there isn't much need to use moon salt on the oil map unless you can make your moon salt very cheaply, or if you're making single ingredient multiple-effect potions (if a customer piles enough crazy requests together you can make a TON of money from them, as they multiply together). however, until later, your ability to GET customers who you can fully take advantage of this way may be limited.

That said, you'll need to use moon salt to make...iirc one of the sun salt potions, since it needs something like rage II and enlargement III, so you need to rotate it on the water map.
