Both dexterity and flight work for that request. Dexterity is the one with the paw print and flight is the wings.

the potion of "flight" that he's talking about is actually levitation. And it's directly north of the center, further above swiftness...

Thanks I forgot it was called levitation. The fact that it has a wing on it and the way most people use it in the game it really does seem closer to flight. I mean in my head levitation is a hover that doesn't include lateral movement but most of the time they want it to go across a river, over a monster or something similar.
