Even just changing one thing, the stirring, and somehow making it automatic or something would be immensely helpful. Even if it's just not having to holddown the mouse button while doing the stirring motion would make a dramatic difference.
I also suffer from joint pains - only thing I have found to sort of work is have a xbox controller in your lap just for stirring.
Once thing that might help is if you use the bellows to heat your pot before you start stirring it goes a LOT faster per stir!! You just have to be careful you don't hit a whirlpool when you don't want to and you don't accidentally go too far.
Not for the stiring movement itself, though. A way to auto-stir a path when no precision is needed would be a plus (with the ability to still do it manually when precision is actually needed). Same for auto-grinding to 100%, and doing it manually only when you want less.
Simply pressing the button again to stop the stir is all that is needed.
Wiggling the joystick is not gameplay!!
Small, precise, repetitive mouse movements are very not good

or voice command
Both of which can be done (and has in other games which require precision) without having to constantly hold and shake. It just as easily be done with keypress with a set speed using mousewheel to control how slow or fast actions take.
While the options themselves are something to consider - please don't dismiss others people's advice on this by just saying 'but it requires precision' basically. The game is simple to play, and with more accessibility options the game developers are only going to increase their target audience as gamers who have conditions specifically look for easy to play games .
I don't necessarily like setting up macros for everything either. I would rather game developers just create ease of access for the challenged.
