Potion with 4 different effects

How to create one? I was able to brew the potion with 3 effects so far but can't figure out how to add the 4th effect

There's only 5 slots for effects in any given potion. If you're having trouble adding more types of effects, maybe your potion is too strong in one area?

Ahhh yes! That was exactly what I did wrong, thank you so much for your help! Just made one component of the potion less strong and it worked beautifully, I've already created the potion with 5 effects, too
