I realised yesterday that once I start getting bulk discounts for my wild growth potions, I get far more back already than it cost me to craft them. And that's with only the basic herb +quantity at max.
I suppose you inevitably end up in a situation where you're using it on everything once you have a few of the right plants to cover the cost. Doesn't seem intended, but oh well!
I guess they probably can't take away the feature now... but if they allow it in the watering can maybe it would be more watered down, and only have some of the benefit, that might be a good balance.
If you want to use the fast growing potions on every plant every day, it is up to you. I use them only to get past the growing phase of the plants (and for that I don't need the perks for faster growth of herbs, mushrooms, and minerals). At least in the classic mode this use was an enjoyable and well-balanced experience for me. More efficiency was absolutely not needed.
