moon salt
Good afternoon
How do I get moon salt if I need a strong potion to make it, but I can't turn the bottle over without salt to get it?

Some of the effects which need turning when you make them with a water base are available without needing to turn them, for other bases. You should be able to get the Oil base before you make moon salt for the first time.

You need to use the oil base.
