How do you unlock the cave?

I'm currently at day 29 and I've already got several crystal seeds but I have no idea how to unlock the cave? Is it from the minotaur NPC? He has been visiting me several times but never offered to expand my garden to the underground.

All of the room expansions are from the minotaur guy, you'll get it eventually

You need complete chapters and give requested potion, after it wait when minotaur return with new stuff

you need to always give him a proper potion to work with
