We recommend to report bugs in Discord, since it's easier to get more information about the issue there in real time.


How to send logs:

Open this directory in explorer:

Zip "Potion Craft" folder and send this archive

I don't know (yet) how it looks in the current version, but in the previous version I sometimes had trouble getting these pages, because I had also saved the strange potions I needed for the crystals I made. Moreover, afterwards I had at least 2, if not 3 or 4 different recipes for each potion, depending on which ingredients I could use for it. My problem was rather finding space to store the recipes in an orderly fashion.

Try disconnecting gamepad if you have one. This should help as a temporary solution

I had this problem too, i dont have any gamepad :(, so the beta version is completely unplayable.

1. Do you have anything checked in Steam Controller Settings (Steam → Settings → Controller → General Controller Settings)?
2. Did you ever have controller connected to you PC?
3. Do you have any additional devices except Keyboard and Mouse? Maybe you have specific mouse or USB-fridge etc.? We re still trying to reproduce this bug, and we need as much info as we can get. Please let us know if you have any additional info

Hi I had stopped playing this game for awhile until today and I decided to try out the beta. Unfortunately upon launching the beta the game froze and shortly after I got the stopped responding message and the game closed. I have both verified the integrity of the game files, and uninstalled/reinstalled the game to no effect. Any idea of what I might need to do?

Try waiting longer (don't click anything on the app zone while loading, ignore stopped responding message - it doesn't mean anything). Current Beta version is pretty slow on launching (it can take up to 10 minutes on HDD). Also if you have SSD, try installing it to SSD. We are aware of this problem and will try to fix it in the future updates.

I just tried to craft void salt, with all of the components correct, and it gave me the unknown substance (the rainbow poop thing). I saved just before it and all the components are right. I think the game thinks I'm trying to make something else, since I just got the basic alchemy machine upgrade.

Rendering objects on the map as far as I remember. Every bone / skull / book is separate object.

1. Did you add Nigredo to the right furnace?
2. Is every vessel checked on the recipe? No red crosses? No empty vessels?
3. If eveything is good with 1 and 2, you can send us your save in #bug-reports in Discord.gg/PotionCraft so we can reproduce it. Also you can try to remove all reagents and refill the Alchemy Machine - this should fix it for sure if there's any bug with that recipe.

I don't know what's going on, but the game seems to be completely unplayable right now. I was having no issues Friday. It loads up the menu, but it's really jerky.

Every time I try to exit the game, it freezes, and I have to crash the game.

Beta: chapter 2 goal collect small experience book doesn't seem to be triggering although I have collected many small experience books.

edit: goal triggered when I hit the next experience level?
