I'm not sure what additional effect you can add, but trying for healing doesn't really make sense.
Someone who specifically says they'll pay extra for every additional effect will pay you even for irrelevant effects, and seems to pay the most for a potion with 5 different weak effects (even though you're weakening the "main" effect to make space).
I don't particularly understand how the "incompatible effects" thing works, though. Customers sometimes say "I'll buy this potion, but I'd prefer one without side-effects", so presumably "incompatible effects" is something worse than merely including an effect they don't like. I'm not sure whether it's customer-specific or if there's some universal table of "never combine X with Y under any circumstances" or what.
compatible would be swiftness & dexterity, acid & venom, etc...
