How to rotate a potion ?

I´ve discovered some potions on the new map (for example the first two on the oil map) where opening of the potion bottle is not at the top but it shows more to the side. So it seems i need to rotate my potion before brewing in order to get a strong potion. How do i do that in order to align to 100% ?

Don't think we're meant to rotate them during the beta test; probably meant to either gate potions until the main launch... or encourage testing with other potion bases.

There are at least one or two potion types so far where the answer was simply switching the base used, rather than trying to figure out a potion rotation.

use moon salt or sun salt

Thanks for that. It's a fairly expensive way to rotate potions, though.

Oh well, it seems that once you've got the amount of salt grains you want, if a recipe is saved... you'll only need to rotate it with the salts once.

Moon/Sun salts will rotate potions.

But you need a rotated potion to create moon salt?

If I remember correctly, when you switch over to oil based potions you can discover potions with a different rotation than on the water map. Maybe that solves your problem?

Does sun salt require a rotated potion? It also turns potions except in the opposite direction compared to moon salt.

to "rotate" a potion you need to look for it on the oil map, they are in a relative similar place to where they are rotated on the water map
