But does that mean the current *Steam* release given to Australian customers is indeed the censored "no hookers" version? Or is that video is talking about the original PS2 and PC disc releases, which were definitely censored here?
If it is censored on Steam, that's a huge shame and a deal-breaker for me, definitely. I own the game on other platforms and formats, thankfully, but this means it's not worth me rebuying it on Steam if I can't be sure it won't be crippled! :(

i own the rockstar collection (eu) which is uncut.
it seems all steam versions are the same version censored. besides germany and france they have there own
