Someone know where i can find the red keycard for the laboratory?

explore the roof of the building at one of the gates to the base site.

Is this laboratory still in the game? If so, where is it? I have explore like 70% of the map and I have not seen it. Thanks.

No no at this time this winter lab is not in the game.
