Mr problems with the new update

while I am amazed by the new update introducing mechanics we had to get from mods there are some errors that bother me.
1. while I war recreating the history of europe small citys kept being destroyed for no reason like Sicily, Belarus or northern Ireland it makes it a bit frustrating having to do it all over again.
2. the color borders as we drop on the country to automatically expand it border it can be useful if only was wasn't random as I had to fix borders if they do to far or almost cause a city to be destroyed it's so annoying.

I have a suggestion for the color borders how about once you click on your country the color borders can be a selection so you can click on the land you want your country borders to expand to so it's not random.
