In the world rules menu (on the side), look for a purple book.
Click on the eye in the middle of the page.

There is a world for the battle of angles and demons. Another that has all religious traits, another that has the zoo achivement and so on.
(for some tasks, it will never be because it is based on things that cannot be saved in a world)

Bro there has been an option since the beta dropped to let you play with everything and you're still whining.
They added a toggle for it now, no riddle or puzzle necessary, the only person advocating for less player choice is you man.
Discovering all non-achievement traits will take you a day at most if you consult the other threads already made here. A majority of users have already figured out where everything is, save for a few outliers, like the "chosen one" trait. As far as I know, nobody knows where to find it.
