How do I get Angles?

I keep trying to figure out the "Ancient war of geometry and evil" achivement but idk how to get it.

Go to the creature tab.

Then go to the part where you can see the ice tower and flame tower, right next to the flame tower should be the angle tower.

Spawn in the angle tower and you will automatically see angels spawning.

I'm pretty sure you have to make a demon civ and an angel civ, and have them naturally start a war, forcing it wont work

You can force it, the part that trips everyone up is that the achievement won't pop until you bring up the details page for the war.

It works just fine. You just have to go into the wars tab and click on it from there to unlock the achievement no matter how the war starts.

How would I make a demon and angel civ? I tried a few times but they just keep wrecking stuff

And how you make them build something?
The monolith don't seem to work on them.

The monolith don't seem to work on them.

You don't need the monolith, just edit the subspecies to give them the ability to form cultures and civilizations. In the row with 4 brains, toggle at least the first 2 on (the second 2 can stay on or off, either is fine). You'll need to do the same with the demons. Then they'll form up 2 civilizations. Then you can use Whispers of War and they'll start fighting each other.

I made angle and devil civilizations, made them go to war, and the achievement still didn't pop :/ wish I could actually test beta features without jumping through hoops with achievements tbh

you have to go to the view kingdom tab and click on the war icon that represents the current war.

yeah, you need to go click the war in the war tab to get the achievement, i made 5 demon and angle wars before i was told and was able to get the achievement.

for some reason i keep placing down the angel towers but they arent spawning anything
