Any chance could add the ability to give the immortal trait to individuals of your choice...seems like a fairly god like thing to do.

If you strike something with lightning enough times without it dying it will get the immortal trait and the energized trait.

Thanks. Didn't know this. I hope this will also work if the Creature is protected with a Shield. I don't want to need to replace Insects every 5 Seconds anymore

If it has a shield it only does 1 damage per strike

it works with the Insects. But even with the Shield you need to be extremely careful due to their low Health. You need to do the Lightning next to them but not too close or they will die

Yeah, that could happen in the form of a deity expansion with 20 different pantheons and lich dungeons and magic items.
