15 at max... 12 in the comfortable middle. But considering titles exist below 10 bucks already delivering a game experience, that is more engaging, versatile and beats this game in certain aspects... I personally could not defend that price, if I were the dev.
Only reason why I abstain from giving it a review at all is only due to it's current prize, that counteract all good what this sandbox game has to offer so far.
That and ofc the fact, that feature are still about to be implemented, that will maybe make it worth 20 bucks one day, who knows?
Just consider that it is not a POS, a horrific let-down of a game, or even overpriced. YOU do not value the game, totally valid opinion. Consider that others really enjoy it as-is and consider the price to be acceptable. OF course, we all would like anything we buy to be cheaper but, the creator/devs value their own time and efforts and have likely landed on the price point after careful deliberation.
Long story short, it may not be a game YOU enjoy but, your own opinion is not grounds for broad-sweeping dismissal of the game as a complete waste. Maybe you could try to temper your review with a slightly larger view of the market, efforts of the creators, genre, similar game predecessors, and the obligatory spectrum of players/consumers whose opinions and expectations are as valid as your own.
