Is NCMS not working for current version?
The Example mod itself is not working for the current version of Worldbox even I download the latest version of NCMS.

yep......the current modding system is broken

I had the same issue, but found out you need to enable the experimental mod option (don't remember the exact name) at the bottom of the settings for NCMS and the example mod to show up and load
