King of King achievement

So i really want this achiev so i can unlock the immortality trait, but i dont quite understand what do i have to do. it says i need to find an "unscarred" king with 20 traits or more. does that mean basically i need a king to spawn naturally with 20 traits, meaning i cant give them the traits myself?
if so... any tips?

From what I've read people are looking for Orc kings who have their native two traits and then waiting for RNJesus to give them one with three additional traits, then getting them king/dragon/mage slayer, theres a few traits they can get by eating certain foods so I'm just letting an orc only world run with all the biomes and old age turned off.

the king can be scarred though so its not too bad. I got it from an orc king that I gave immortality. The achievement dose not say non scarred.
