King of Kings

The last trait achievement I have to unlock is the King of Kings achievement and I have no idea how to get a king to have 20 traits naturally. I get the magekiller and dragon slayer and those, but I got no idea how to get past like 14-15

I've spent 5+ hours trying it in any shape of form. Literally impossible without the genetics mod.

Absolute max was 16. 5 natural phisical abilities, everything they get for aging, being wounded, killing enemies. All illneses as well. Still not enough. I'm done.

yeah I ended up downloading a workshop map to get the achievement, theres already a bunch for most of the achievements

took me an hour, find an orc king with 5 traits and let them get the slayers. strike them with lightning for those 2, bless them, let them become wise and get a gold tooth, cripple them (burns, crippled one eyed.) then spawn a tumor and have them get infected by the tumor and give them zombie and mush spores. bam your done.

Use the king of kings mod map
just click on a king there and you will get it
