"String Table Not Loaded" error

When I try to play the game today, I see "String Table Not Loaded" in all dialogs. Anyone else having this problem or know a solution?

Can you verify integrity your local files.
Then check your strings under pentiment_Data/StreamingAssets/exported/basegame/localized ? You should have folders with languages and in their text folder there should be a text_stringbundle with all of the supported languages.
If you are still having problems if you get into the game do you have any language options under the second main menu button (options) on that window the first drop list is the language list. See if you can change a language there.
I would also be curious what language your steam client is set to as well.

I verified integrity my local files successfully. (number of files: 1589)
I found the text_enus.stringtablebundle file in the folder Pentiment\Pentiment_Data\StreamingAssets\exported\basegame\localized\enus\text as you mentioned and I opened the file by Notepad++ and I can see all lines (e.g. "ID": 263, "DefaultText": "While women and men are equal in most natures, women are weaker in strength. ").
I can change the language both on main screen and within the game but I still get the same problem.
The language of steam client is Turkish. (Of course, the game does not support my language.) Also, changing the language of my steam client did not affect the problem.

Bende de aynı sıkıntı var. internette benzer problemler yaşayan kimseyi göremedim. sanırım bilgisayarın dilinin türkçe olmasıyla ilgili bir sıkıntı. pillars of eternity'i açarken de sıkıntı yaşamıştım, klavye dilini ingilizce yapınca düzelmişti ama bu yöntem pentimentte işe yaramadı. çözümünü bulursan yazar mısın?

Same problem here..."string table not loaded..." in dialogues. Game starts just fine but all dialogue boxes have the same error message.

I contacted Obsidian Support about this issue. Here, their reply:

 The team is aware of this issue and will be working on a fix. For now, some players who have also encountered this issue have found a workaround. Within the main menu, go to Options > Game > Change the language to any other setting, then swap it back to English. This should hopefully resolve itself when loading back into the game. Unfortunately, we don’t have any plans to support Turkish localization, but hopefully this workaround will help resolve the issue until a fix is made available. 

Unfortunately, their workaround does not work for me but it may work for you. I have no choice but to wait the fix.

same problem. changing keyboard or switching language in game did not fix the issue

changing win 10 display language to english solved the issue. However some windows versions does not support multi language install. I hope devs fix this soon

Ah yes, my display language is already in English, however changing "regional format" to English (US) fixed it. I thought it was already English though, but apparently Windows was just "recommending" me that format, and it wasn't actually set. Funny thing.
