No. This is not worth the effort. There are other archery games that have been done in other franchises that are more fair than this. I don't care what stats that bow has on it or if it's the 'best' bow in the game, I'm not about to force myself to spend countless hours doing this. I don't recommend other players bother either while the 'challenge' is anywhere like this.
TL;DR... Developers, fix this. This is not fun or worth it unless you're later going to give us homing arrows to make this challenge REMOTELY doable later down the line.
After few attempts it is already possible to observe how to progress in this challenge.
First of all you need to divide it into phases and improve each one progressively.
Second, you need to determine certain fixed points to aim and leave the chance of accuracy for the timing of the shot, avoiding having to make sudden changes of aim.
My advice is to try this as a challenge, as everything else in this game is very easy.

Until then...FREE BOW! YOINK!
Yeah, it's actually kind of a backwards design choice, one that's been used pretty much since gaming started -- i.e. better rewards for better play. In reality, the OPPOSITE should be true, instead of saying "oh you get something OP as a reward for being good", it should be "here's something better to help you with your struggle" -- and I'm not talking about 'oh you can just skip levels in Mario if you want' type stuff, but rather for instance in the PSX game Alundra, if you die enough you can get the best sword in the game, It's meant to help you add that extra DPS....but you still have to not get hit too much, and use your abilities or you'll still die.
Indra Bow (SPD 3 ATK 47) seems to be the best bow in the game overall. It's in the bottom right corner of the map, behind the cyan door.
Seconded... while this is a powerful bow early on (and that glitch is totally speedrunning gold), Indra and even Apollon (SPD 4 ATK 40) easily outclass it.
Like a Dark Souls fan would say, 'GIT GUD'. Much to my chagrin. There is a video posted above, linked again HERE ( https://youtu.be/X-Kw49YciO0 ) to earn it the proper way.
As a hint, if you don't understand how those arrows are getting a second bounce off the back wall, there is a metal plate in two spots. One low, one high.
