If you mean roads/paths, then I haven't find any way to do them.

Yes you can. Use your pickaxe to gather "Path" tiles from the world. Those will act as a new material type that you can use when placing terrain with your Construction Hammer. They will gave the same "on the road" buff as paths in the world do.

Place a block of dirt road then use the rake to level the path and extend it to the desired location for FREE
