Game is super foggy and blurry?

The fog, at least from what I've encountered is part of the 'enshrouded' mechanic.
Haven't really noticed any blurriness yet.

Not just you me too my eyes are hurting after 10 minutes it's pretty much unplayable for me till they give us options to remove it.

I dont think he means the enshrouded fog. I could be wrong.

Game devs use world fog as a performance boost. The worse the game performs, the more fog they add so they can use worse LOD's. The result is a really washed out looking game such as what the devs have created here.

Ah that will make a big difference too.

That's not what he means. The game lacks a gamma slider and bloom setting. There is an easy fix for that. Just go to driver settings and adjust brightness/contrast/gamma/vibrance to your liking then save it to the profile so it runs only when you start Enshrouded. Now the game looks 1000 times better.

That seems to vary based on system. Mine defaults to 100% but my gf's defaulted to 75%

the game is blurry and washed as hell... but thank you, it was the resolution which was at 75%...

Have a look on the Nexus. First mod for Enshrouded is a reshade. :D So yea. If you dont wanna mess with your drivers you can use reshade. Btw all commends about fog and mechanic are just ota point.

Not getting the blurry issue, but I do think the game seems a little washed out. I think that's to do with the World fog

I adjusted some stuff and cleaned it up. I then refunded the game after an hour. Not really what I was looking for in a game.

This will help a LOT with the Blur / brightness. Its a semi fix but helps.
