NPC schedules?

I may be missing it but is there anyplace in game or online that actually lists what days of the week/time of days the shops are open? I feel like its always a gamble whenever I go to the desert to desperately try to buy desert plants for a pen only for the plant shopkeep to not be there even though all the other shopkeepers are present.

I can confirm that it is not random! The NPC's do have set days/weathers/etc that they are "off"

Off the top of my head I can't think of anywhere the NPC shcedules are written down (they are not random!), but I will ask on the discord and report back!

The desert stores are a pain fr. I go there every day in the hopes of buying stuff, but they are open maybe once a season or so for me. Maybe I just go there too early in the morning? Are they not open until later in the day? I go there first thing after leaving my ranch, which is usually before the sun is completely up in the sky.

i *do* think the desert people's shops (nessa, erik, etc) that aren't "trackable" in your journal) *do* only show up later in the day - afternoon or later -. It is true that they are not there every day of the week, tho, but going first thing in the morning on your ranch is bad timing idea.. as i usually see the shop people there after mid-day/noon. Not early morning.

yeah i can confirm they are open later in the day, not early morning. confused the heck out me too when i spent the night over there to sell some stuff before i went home and then nobody was open.

Avery is a unique snowflake that vanishes for weeks at a time. In Year 1, he will arrive in the Plaza on Jurassos 5th and then leave on Jurassos 19th (the day after the Shenanigan Festival). He will then disappear to Far Distant Lands for the rest of Year 1, not start his regular schedule until Year 2.

You forgot to include Mari, Owynn (altho he's mostly just at home) and Zara, currently having trouble tracking down Mari in Ariacotta as I don't have the schedule of when she's gonna be there. Zara is quite a pain too, can't figure out where she is when it's on the ??? schedule, altho some discussions I found said that she's in an "unaccessible area" which doesn't make sense since then how would we unlock that ??? in the journal??
