Is there anyone here complete the achievement? i just need to make sure that can I complete the achievement in a new game after completed the game?

completed. Once cleared, you can still complete any uncompleted achievements.

Posting on the how you can (after you beat the game) - you auto-save on the bridge? and most of chapter 6 is on rails - meaning you cant explore the town.

to my understanding yes; unless im missing something - achievements are missable, especially the bucket list stuff.

Hopefully there's a chapter replay option in the future
