Ghost outside hall at night?

I had a ghost apear, say something about a scale model, then no word of her since. No quest, nothing. Is this just a time based / progress based event that will lead to someting later?

Mine gave me a quest to search the sect for a scale model. I haven't found it yet, but I'm still rebuilding some of the buildings so maybe it's inside one of them

After you saw the ghost, there will be a new item you can find on the map. It's not related to any building quest. Just search for a new silver twinkle (i.e. hidden item indicator) on the hill...

The item is outside and you don't have to cross any bridges or leave the area to find it.
