Presents for brother Xie
Any suggestions what to get him for his birthday?

I know he likes the sword technics scroll from the mystery merchant (+9) but she wont be back in time for me to by one.
So far I haven't been able to find anything else Xie likes.

How do you get Xie out of the bed? Mine keep saying he is still too weak

With the latest update, you should be able to progress the quest now.
He will get out of bed once some conditions are met.
Try first to recruit both Mu Xia and Song Yantong.
(You may also have to build the bridge over the lake and the new Sect kitchen.)
