how 2 find roaming legendaries?

Hi! I just got to the postgame and im looking 4 roaming legendaries at the moment and I scoured for an hour b4 finding mulcimer. So my question is....... do i have 2 look in a specific spot 4 rl's (i.e. the area w/ the fire shrine 4 mulcimer) or do i just look in a general habitat (i.e. ignitia for mulcimer) until i get lucky?

Ok... I did a little research while I was waiting. I caught mulcimer in one locale, but another person on youtube caught him in a different locale nearby. I dont know yet if this means he can b found anywhere in ignitia or in those general areas..... I'm gonna c if I can dig up some more info but if anyone has the answer b4 i figure this out it would b really appreciated! :)

Ok after a LOT of clickbaits and people on youtube giving me ZERO reference where they were when they caught them i think I might have come up with an answer, again I dont have a solid answer cuz, you know, zero reference to location, but after watching mulcimer, nivalis and eurus get caught over and over and over...... I determined that Im pretty sure it comes down to two terms to catching rl's.... #1. right general habitat (i.e. ignitia), not specific area (i.e. the fire shrine area) #2. just plain dumb luck. I determined this after seeing eurus caught in the drake isles, which Im very familiar w/. From what I cat tell, even tho I barely saw the locales they were in, some caught him on one side of the map, while others caught him on the other. One guy could have 100% proved this.... if he "forgot" to record the capture moment and Im doing air quotes cuz after randoms lied to me on various unreliable websites so many times that i found that a little fishy..... so I couldn't use that particular video as evidence. This is why I tend to lean on more regulated sources, like the steam community. I hope I got this right and it helps others and if it doesn't.... google where other people looked, but either way....... ur gonna b looking 4 a loooooonnnngggg time. Happy catching! ;)

Hey thanks! Ive been trying to solve that question for forever! I wasnt sure about my evidence that they were widespread but your guide shows me they are even more widespread than i thought! I managed 2 catch nivalis and fane earlier 2day and this guide will make it way easier 2 find the rest! Thanks again! :D
