Shadows on Ethan's jacket

I have this strange issue. I am playing in third person perspective and every time Ethan is outside there are those strange shadow horizontal lines on his jacket. When I am inside some building everything is fine.

Anyone knows how to get rid of this issue?

Turn off RT?

I have ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6 GB and RT is not available.

Havent played with 3rd person yet so I'm unfamiliar. Id say lower shadow and other settings to lowest. See if it has any effect so you can identify which is the culprit.
