Screen Resolution Options Missing

After the most recent update, Village will not let me set my Display Resolution to anything higher than 1920x1080.
Since I have a 4K monitor, this means everything is very blurry.
Prior to the release of the expansion the resolution options let me set it to 4K, what changed?

I am missing all my resolution options and the game is starting in like 800x600 resolution, looking like a bad joke. I got a 1080p display.

Found a fix here, unfortunately I could not find the source thread again.
Go to your Resident Evil Village game folder and delete the config.ini file. The game will reset the config data then and create a new config.ini.
THe game booted up in my native resolution and I could scroll down to find the resolution options in the display settings finally.

That worked for me too, it looks like the update must have done something to corrupt how it reads configs...

I just bought the game and its incredibly small screen wise, any tips on how to fix?
