Report a translation problem
That was a couple of days after it came out. CAPCOM still hasn't fixed it or released any statement on it. So factor it into the review for this game. Good luck.
Since I haven't been swapping out my save files I can only think the problem was it crashed while saving the system data and corrupted it. And without a backup or ability to restore, the only solution I can think of is it wipe all the different save data types and start from scratch (and back up all saves regularly).
Or sit on my hands and hope Capcom finds a way to fix this. And since I had to pretend I was in the US just to get any tech support, I've got a fair idea what I'm gonna do.
