Help with Praydog (unofficial) VR mod Key Bindings Quest 3

Hello,
I cannot seem to figure out the keybindings for the VR mod using the Quest 3 motion controller (The Pray dog mod has full 6DOF motion controller support including gestures). I know the basics like shoot, and Run, and walk. However how to Heal? How to Block? Access Map, etc, etc, etc?z
Does anyone have a comprehensive list of Keybindings and Gestures for Motion control.
