M1 MAC PORT
I am quite confused if I buy the game on steam does it include the M1 port for mac? I will only buy the game if it does...

No.

The mac version has never been on steam. You can only get it on the app store.

Steam will deliver Windows or Linux version, while Mac Port is Unix version with specific code for Mac, no chance they will put specific Mac version to Steam.
Although many games on Steam have Mac version, this title is marketing for Mac useless Upsampling FSR clone.
