Too quiet?

Has anyone been able to fix the game sound being too quiet?
Sennheiser HD 598, the volume in the settings is 10. I tried different combinations in the sound parameters and it's still somehow too quiet, usually in games I reduce the volume by about half.

This game does weird things to some headphones. Being that it uses SONY's 3D audio for playstation by default.

Make sure you are sending the signal to your headset as stereo with no surround, virtual, or 3D audio.

You can also try to delete the MSSPatial.dll file located in the install directory. If you verify games or re-install at anytime that file will be put back. This should help.
