Heisenberg on VoS sucks.

Heisenberg is very easy. You just have to shoot the red parts, while using the rocket when he comes close.

Just keep a constant hail of machine gun fire on the red bits. Use the launcher when he gets too close to knock him back. They can also be used on the red bits for damage but it's better as a defense tool.

If you're consistent (Like seriously your window of time for error is extremely low) with your shots you can stun him. Even if you're think you're gonna get hit just keep the fire button down. Then blast him away. Rinse and repeat. Things only change when he does the magnetic pull. Just follow him from behind and shoot him in the butt until he gets stunned, drive away and do the prior stuff again.

I was honestly surprised that people were having trouble with this fight. They give you infinite ammo and as long as you never stop shooting this fight is pretty brain dead.

Are you playing with a controller? I can understand if it e harder on controller because this game intentionally nerfed controller aim.

I had to retry this fight a few times, but on my third attempt i got him.

I beat him on my first try, That boss fight feels most like scripted theme ride rather then a boss fight.

I think it's still pretty hard though, you die in 2-3 hits and you have to go through his weak points a whopping four times or so.

Ikr? Heisenberg was definitely a highlight character out of the four Lords for me, but man, his boss battle is very disappointing. Cool presentation, though.
