Health Regen?
I've just collected the 4th mask, took a lot of hits trying to kill werewolves with the knife, been hit at least once by each vampire lady, hit multiple times by the witches or whatever they are and the big waifu has swiped me 3 or 4 times and I'm yet to use any sort of healing item. Does health regen or reset on cutscenes or something?

it only regens from danger (screen pulsing red) to caution state (orange bar), it won't go back to fine (green bar). And its only after a while in danger too.

That might possibly explain my seemingly infinite health if it does regen even a little bit. I have purposefully suicide a couple of times and it did take a lot of hits but still I should definitely be over that limit now.

sometimes the game fully heals you for example after ripping the hooks through your hands
