Enemy Native Language (Romanian)

Did they ever say anywhere why they didn't have the human enemies or villains speak with an accent? I know they said the lycans didn't speak. Really wish they made the human enemies speak like the gandos in RE4 it could've upped the creepy factor in certain places.

If it helps you consider that the bosses have different native languages. The village might have been forced to use english to seperate them from the rest of the country.

Having romanian language in the game would've been cool though, I agree.
