empty table in the room with the labyrinth puzzle in heisenbergs factory

In the room with the labyrinth puzzle in heisenbergs factory there is table adjacent to the door that seems like its meant to have something on it, but it's just completely empty, am I missing something? Because I haven't been able to find anything about it online.

Been a while since I played so I can't remember personally, but looking at walkthrough's they mention that there should be rusted scrap and chem fluid in the room, but make no mention of the table. So I'd say it's not meant to have anything on it if it isn't those two items.

The scrap is on the table off to the left of the puzzle, the chem is on the shelf to the left of the table OP mentioned, there's nothing on the table. It's a table, nothing more.
