How did RE the Village get the "Sexual Content" tag?

I know Lady D became a meme for thirsty fanboys and that there are plenty of nudity mods. Memes and mods aside, is there anything sexual in the game itself?

Where exactly is the Sexual Content tag? Store page shows nothing and would probably cause a problem for the game as such content gets censored and hidden for many users.

On the store page, under "Popular user defined tags for this product:", one of the tags is "Sexual Content".

People add the tags, if enough people add a specific tag then it gets shown as popular.
Most of the time user defined tags are just memes.

No. Games usually get misleading or even troll user tags. Multiple ones in this case:

The game called nothing got the hentai tag so it isnt uncommon for games to get weird tags
