Bug in House Beneviento - fuse
After arriving in the room, I did not find the fuse in its location. Does anyone know how to resolve this bug without having to start all over again?

You can try use the Ultimate Trainer to add the fuse to your inventory. Anyway if you just had any broken script on the game progress so no have much to do...
Make sure you done all events in order.
Unlock the main door > Solve the music box > Get the film on mannequin > Solve films puzzle > Get scissor and open the cloth hole inside the are where get the scissor > Get brass medallion > Get breaker box key > Relief of a child > Finally you can now get the fuse and put on the elevator
