the game CRASHES, please help

I have a good pc with an rx6500xt and medium graphics options in the game,
It Crash on the first persecution of Lady dimitrescu, the game freezes.
if anyone can help ill appreciate it.

4gb or 8gb model of 6500 xt?

If it's the 4gb model you probably need to turn textures down to free up some vram.

i have an 11th gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i5- 1135g7 @ 2.40GHz. I have an 7.77148gb. The games freezes after defeating lady dimitrescu. The game just freezes on the loading screen. Don't know what to do

Try to put the textures on minimun in that part of the game, it should work

So, what you have is a mobile chip with an intel iris xe integrated gpu that is only using 256mb of your system ram as gpu ram.

You're going to need to turn things way down without a dedicated GPU.

one thing modern games do often is using the paging file resource on your computer. Make sure you have it set to at least 10gb of it on your hard drive. i fixed my crashes in this fashion.
