Is shadows of rose worth it?

All I know is that this dlc is short and almost doubles the price of the game. Is it worth the money or should I go for standard edition?

I'd say it's worth the extra 10 bucks. The DLC is short but you get a lot of extra mercenaries content too. And a 3rd person option for Ethan in the main game.

If you like the main game Rose's story is a nice little addition for some extra story that expands on the ending, and they did a good job creating a character and personality for her.

I'm also suspicious that's what they're up to. Cause it seems like they put a lot of work into her for just a 2-3 hour short story and will never have her appear again.

She could be the next Jill and it'd be cool if she was IMO

The gameplay and game design of the DLC are terrible, the story is basically Silent Hill 3 if it were written by a 13 yo girl.
Just grab the standard edition, the main game is very good and enjoyable.

dlc is fine but a bit short, get it if you want you dont really miss out on anything but its fun extra levels

and ofc aditional mercaneries

I agree with this. The story and game play are pretty terrible. The extra mercs content isn't worth it either. Village probably has the worst iteration on mercenaries in the series history. It isn't fun at all, and it's quite a chore. I can say nothing positive about the DLC

The final boss of Shadows of Rose improves the final boss in the base game, so that's a pretty nice thing.

I mean i played through mercs for the lightsaber and while technically not wrong i defo had my fun with it especially when my insentive wasnt just S+ everything

rather than survive as long as you can its more be as efficent as you can with whatever buff choices is throwen at you and what you feel like aiming for

it defo could do with both tho
