Village Of Shadows Chris Section

I'm just about done here. After 40 or 50 attempts i can't get close to beating Chris Section on Village of Shadows. I've tried every tip i can find. They range from outright false claims (blocking making you take almost no damage with all the food completed, they kill me while blocking in 3 -4 hits) to not useful ( go slow and kill all the lycans... why didn't i think of that.. oh wait.. that's literally the first 20 attempts).
Does anyone have any actual useful advice for being this section on this difficulty?
Because at this point i'm just going to uninstall and move on with my life otherwise.

I am sorry friend that you have bad experience in this game. This game was Single-player, if you don't mind, I recommend NotRazor mod for you. I used it because I love the modding community. You should try it.

Just run past the lycans. You can literally run in circles where you have to target the mold by cutting thru the house, only needing to kill a few that are in the way. Once laser target is recharged, use it. Repeat. Plenty of guides on youtube for this part as well.

You should also have plenty of CP and unlocks by now. Do you not have infinite ammo?

a google search for notrazor resident evil mods turned up nothing, it was the first thing i tried.
but i found it on nexusmods. thank you Yemon for suggesting it

i personally just took it slow wiped them all out and with the end section i suggest just tryna rush your bombs on it as soon as you get an opening

with the target locator it doesnt matter where on when you start charging it as long as you aim at the structure at the last second

i found the chris section to be the easiest part of the entire village of hsadows run but yet again i went ew game only and by the fish fight i was using speedrunning tools to see hp which helped me with conserving a bit of ammo but mostly just figuring out the best strat i had
