Depends on region, but VIllage has adult rating in JP. So, it really doesnt matter. They are both only separated by 1 year, but it also varies by region.

rated m means mature 17+ and 17+ is technically adult, but theres another rating thats adults only so yeah, i can see the confusion

images of fake adult people even real adult people in the nude have been considered art for decades, really it depends on the context of the picture. go tell the museum near you that you probably went to as a kid to stop showing boobies and see where that gets you and adult means 18+ in most of the world so.

Can we please not ignore what kind of degenerate artworks are there in the resident evil section?
Showing a 16 year old character as nude is not art, it's a crime usually.
In video games it might not be, but the people who makes it and uploads it deserves to be on a police watchlist, because the sick ass tendencies are there.

Sadly not, but we cannot deny that those people are degenerates. "I will portray a 16 year old as 18, and put nude artwork of it , i'M not sick in the head". That sums them up.
